When Albert Einstein was invited to give a lecture at a prestigious university, he was known for his wild hair and absent-minded nature. On the day of the event, as he stepped onto the stage, he fumbled with his notes. His hands trembled, and as he reached into his pocket for his eyeglasses, they slipped out and tumbled onto the floor with a series of clinks, scattering among stray papers.

Einstein crouched down, his wild hair flaring out even more dramatically as he crawled across the floor on his hands and knees, muttering to himself in panic. “Not now! Not now!” His spectacles, narrowed and baffled, stared up at the auditorium. Suddenly, in the midst of his frantic search, his foot caught on the microphone cable. His arms flailed wildly, and with a theatrical gasp that echoed through the hall, he pitched forward like a toppled statue, limbs flailing as he crashed into a stack of chairs behind the podium, sending them crashing down in a cacophony that silenced the entire room.

The audience gasped collectively, expecting a lecture interrupted forever—and then, as Einstein scrambled up, cheeks burning redder than his usual excitement, he pulled the notes from his pocket… only to discover they were someone else’s grocery list. In a final twist, he shrugged grandly, grinned that trademark mischievous smile, and declared, “Well, I guess today’s lesson is: never trust a physicist to do the shopping!”
